Departing Eltham Stn (Hurstbridge Line) at 9:30PM
Catch the 8:24 or 8:54 from Clifton Hill Stn after CM.
(don't catch an Epping train by mistake)
Yes, the full moon and the last Friday will enter alignment,
bringing giddy fun, bikey comradery, and light perspiration.
Ride along the Yarra back to the city (~35km) by the light of the full
moon.  Bring food, warm clothes, etc to share for picnic on the way back.

Sun 28 Oct - Bike Polo! [BFM]

Bicycle Polo in the (car)Park, Returning this Sunday the 28th, 2pm til
around 5pm @ the carpark in the Carlton Gardens.
Bring a bike, beverage and yourself.  Mallets and ball provided.
Security guard repellent devices would be useful too.

Tues 6 Nov - The Urban Scum Poker Run
*************************************
NOT A RACE
Enjoy a course winding through lanes, alleys, tunnels, stairs, bridges and
urban wasteland to the final secret destination, along the way collecting
cards to make a poker hand. Best hand takes the whole cash pool prize. The
slowest rider on the crappiest bike has as much chance as the best, as
long as they ride the whole course and finish.
Starts at the wooden tower, Darebin Parklands, Alphington (Melways 31 C9)
@ 11am, Cup Day, Tues November 6.
$10 Registration opens @ 10 am.
Mountainbike recommended, but you can ride what you want.
Just cos it's in the 'burbs don't mean it aint rough!
