Read the article in this weeks Melbourne Times about the new City of Yarra
Bicycle Strategy.

Quote: Bike riders are to have more more rights under a Yarra Council plan.
Bikes would rule the roads of Yarra under radical plans to make the
municipality Australia’s premier cycling city.

Councillors will tomorrow night debate Yarra’s new Draft Bicycle Strategy,
including plans to make all local roads 40km/h and stage an annual
“car-free day”. (more details in link)
