[YarraBUG-list] Wire offcuts scattered on shared path near Merri Parade

Hi all,

On Monday (15 Dec), BXP reported on twitter that wire offcuts had been 
found Capital Trail running down to Merri Parade, causing numerous 
punctures, let alone being a potential risk to pedestrians and animals.

If you see any wire offcuts or similar objects scattered on shared paths 
or roads, please make note of the exact location, take a photo if 
possible and report to the relevant council ASAP.

As this area is right on the border between Darebin and Yarra Councils, 
please report to both if you're not sure which council you're in.
