you know would uses this part of the Linear Reserve:

Hi all,

A short note
to let you know that works have recommenced on upgrading the section of
path that runs through Thomas Kidney Reserve and links the Holden Street
end of the Pipe Bridge with Park Street in North Fitzroy. This means that
this section of path will be closed for approximately the next two weeks
while the works take place. The works will provide a 3m wide shared path to
match those works which have already occurred. The attached plan shows the
location of the works. 
Please also be aware that lights will be installed
adjacent to the path, so for the first two weeks of July there will be
intermittent stoppages / diversion of traffic on the path from the Merri
Pde link,
across to the Park St connection. This is to enable the
contractors to carry out the works, while maintaining safety for path
users.
