    <p>Here is an important update regarding the Walmer Street Bridge as
      it's part of the Capital City Trail and is vitally important for
      anyone crossing over the Yarra River between Abbotford and Kew.<br>

    <p>We know it's been a long time with no updates on Walmer Street
      Bridge.<br>
      <br>
      Walmer Street Bridge Coalition want to bring your attention to an
      important issue that impacts the bridge and approaches.<br>
      <br>
      At the following link there are amended plans for shared paths and
      approach ramps to the existing bridge:<br>
      <br>
      607 - 627 VICTORIA STREET, ABBOTSFORD Permit number: DP1500043.02.
      The responsible authority won't make a decision before: 30 July
      2020<br>

      less three metres that are subpar for AustRoads and VicRoads
      specifications.<br>

      The Safety Audit report included with the amendment documents
      assumes that “Cyclist Dismount” signs will be erected on the ramp<br>
