afraid that the BAC meeting has been cancelled for tonight
since both Cr McEvoy and Cr Fristacky are unfortunately unable
to attend it.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Under the Committee’s Terms of Reference, a
councillor must be present to chair the meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The next BAC meeting will be on <u>Wednesday
the 21<sup>st</sup> of February at 6.30pm</u> in the
Wurundjeri Room at Collingwood Town Hall.

<p class="MsoNormal">All the agenda items from tonight’s meeting
will be moved to February.<o:p></o:p></p>
