people feel safe and comfortable riding, as research suggests the main
issue holding people back from embracing cycling is the perception that
it is not safe.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">2. Provide more space for bicycles on
the roads.</font>

regional cities</font>

to the CBD for less confident cyclists.</font>

deposit legislation. More recycling, and fewer punctures! Let's make our
city ‘barefoot safe'.</font>

according to income, and penalties for different vehicle classes to reflect
potential for causing damage. Common sense and equity in traffic penalties.</font>

and destructive impoundment for road rage against cyclists or pedestrians.
Rein in the hoon element and make the streets more inviting for less confident
riders.</font>

of music education in state primary schools. Fairness and cultural values
in education.</font>
