transport in Victoria.

<br/>The Victorian Department of Transport are looking to
improve the carriage of bicycles on regional public transport. They have
commissioned the Institute for Sensible Transport to carry out a
technical
evaluation of the current situation and suggestions for
improvement.<br/><br/>
