And as for guide dogs on trains - they will still be allowed. They legally
cannot be refused entry to anywhere. There was a scandal in Geelong a while
back where taxi drivers were refusing them entry to taxies, but it got
stamped down pretty quickly.

Why did they suddenly change? It's not like a dog in the guard carriage is
getting in the way of people.
It would be interesting as to what their policy on companion dogs is. There
is a customer at work who has a disability companion dog; not hearing or
seeing, just a dog with a coat on it to indicate it's there to make his life
better.
But I'm sorry, I've gone on a tangent in support of Ned!
