[publictransport] BV links finally updated - but no mention you can still take bikes!

Hi Russ & all,

That's exactly why I was asking how this question can be clarified, 
refer to previous post regarding a cyclist being singled out by a train 
driver:

Unforntunately the OP hasn't responded to my email, so I can't find out 
more about that specific incident.

 From my intepretation, the bans are still in effect until the review 
outcomes are made known. So far there isn't a Government MR or official 
release about the bans being actually repealed, unless reported in the 
media. If anyone can definitively prove otherwise, then we'll publish it 
on the BtBB site.
