[publictransport] Good news: we can make a submission to the ban review

Hi all,

I just got a call from Ms Kosky's office, inviting us to make a
submission to the bike ban review.

The woman I spoke to said at the moment the review is fairly informal,
and we could submit something like a 1-2page document of dot-points of
our requirements. (our requests?)
Then after that she would get back to us and discuss about if we would
arrange a meeting, or what.

I said we would be able to submit something by the end of Tuesday.

I suggest that we treat V/Line separately to Connex, and for V/Line I
would prefer to take our cues from the regional groups. (For example
they say they don't want a booking system, so I would prefer to echo
that wish than contradict them...)

So Saturday morning, looks like a good planning morning :)
