[publictransport] Being part of the review

Hi folks,

I just rang the DOI to see if representatives from BtBB could be part
of the review.

There should be SOMEONE there to represent cyclists' interests, after all.

Naturally all the relevant people were in a meeting. I will follow up
tomorrow afternoon if I still haven't heard back.
