[publictransport] Metro Melbourne plans

Hi all,

Well a crazy amount has been going on, which is great to see. If only
someone would pay me to organise cyclist campaigns. Life would be
sweet.

Since that doesn't happen, we have to put up with the scraps of
attention I can find spare. So we are a bit disorganised.

Given that Castlemaine is much better organised than me, and they are
having action this Wednesday, I spoke to Chris and we decided it makes
sense to push back Melbourne metro action to space out the actions get
get our $%@! together and do it properly.

So this means NO MELB ACTION on Wed 23rd and NEW PLAN: Melbourne
action Tue 12th Feb.
