[publictransport] DOI Announcement tomorrow

Hey all,

I was just invited to a DOI "briefing" tomorrow morning at 10. Before
that invite I got a call from a journo asking if I was aware of any
announcement being made tomorrow at 10:30.

Lots of notice, hey!

So apparently it's all tomoz.
